Emerson > chillwell for me. Chillwell benefiting from the young english hype.
Emerson was great before his injury and is picking up form again.

Can definitely do better for Chilwell for the price. Not a bad player but not a great player either, so basically like Alonso and Emerson more or less. Spending the amount on him would surely warrant someone better

I also think Chilwell is one of those players who when he plays badly no one noticed or says anything, perhaps one of the benefits of playing for a team somewhat out the spotlight. He’s been better recently but at the start of the season Leicester fans weren’t happy with him

Digne is a player I rate but never really linked with anyone. I think he’s better than Chilwell tbh.

Chilwell in last like 6 weeks though I do have to say looks to have improved his final ball for England and Leicester

With Enerson I still feel like we have a good LB there if he gets consistent gametime and stays injury free. He was one of the best LBs in Serie A for a season and at the start of this season many agreed he was one of our best players, and again, statistically, one of the best in the league. This was only four games though, but still. We have yet to see him really start even like 10 games in a row for us.

Even if Emerson is better right now I still dont consider Chilwell a bad signing

I guess if the price really is like 70m then it moves into that territory
