Anyone know much about this bruno fernandes? cmf?

Goal scoring midfielder for Sporting. Scored 33 in all comps last season. Already got 15 this season. Not sure why we haven't showed an interest as we have a real lack of goalscorers in this side.
I guess Lampard has hope in Mount and RLC to do the job but I'm not so sure.
If United get him, they've got a decent player there. He's 25 as well

So we have a self enforced transfer window ban just to show fifa they cant tell us what to do.
