thank god for that. was on the edge of my seat!
Thanks for the FF reminder Sheriff. Just fully updated my team
Cmf hasn't atom bombed the FF I see
We do need a big squad clearout. Not entirely sure that can or should be done in one window though. Really we could have used the last two windows to do it but obviously that wasn't an option.
Does anyone here fully trust the club with transfers though given our very hit and miss record in recent seasons ? I'm sceptical as long as the likes that decided we should spend £150 million on Morata, Bakayoko and Drinkwater are still at the club.
Because getting rid of players is relatively easy. It's making sure that we use the right balance of our very best youth and high quality signings to replace them. And sticking with a philosophy so that we're not haphazardly chopping and changing things with every new manager as well.
So far we haven't really shown we can do that as a club although I'm willing to give the club the benefit of the doubt to show they can do that in the Lampard era. No other choice anyway I suppose.

Theres no way we aren't going to make mass changes imo. The board and club know the state we are in and will have a plan. Otherwise there will be a huge backlash from the supporters.
In addition to us totally sucking

If we dont rectify this summer, our decline will settle into a definitive state of permanence.

Havent passed the last 16 of the Champions League since 2014.
Three years in a row we are finishing 25 + points off the title.
More like Arsenal under late era Wenger than Chelsea.

bundle of joy aint ya NPE! lol
We'll be back. Mind you var is obviously pro the old school big clubs but we will perservere. ziyech will be the next mata and start our reign again
Hope you're right Nick. Ziyech is a fantastic signing, probably our best one since the Costa and Fabregas signings back in 2014. That in itself tells it's own story though as six years have passed since then.
Yeah man, its friday night so i am optimistic, you watch me on monday after we've lost at bournemouth .
Another bloody storm, probably P!ssing down with rain, swirling winds. you watch us lose 2-1 to 2 set pieces.
well done superb you've put me in a bad mood. where my whiskey
not my intention mate, just saying it how it is, or how I see it anyway.
If our board are even half competent going forward future transfer windows then there's every reason to be optimistic. But they're going to have to really up their game, no getting away from that.
* going forward in future transfer windows
they'll sort it out i reckon. ziyech is the start of a trend i hope!
