Why do you think it isn't working with Jose?
I actually thought he'd make you very good this season (Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Dier, Alli, Son, Kane, Sissoko are 'his' sort of players) and then it would all start to fall apart in the future.

Fair enough.
The burn out is one of the reasons I thought Jose would do well with you. His teams always tend to cover the less ground than most teams do and he is a believer in short ball focused training sessions. Maybe it was too much of a culture shock after so many years of Pochettino.
And you're meant to be buying Hojbjerg to be your DM right?

Aurier is decent enough going forward and considering he has basically played as a winger his issues have been well mitigated. It is a problem area but not as glaring as DM.

Both Arsenal and Spurs really need to get Europa League football in the current circumstances so they'll both have to try until the end of the season.

An extra ~£30m in revenue is paramount for a club like ours who forecast all our costs based on CL revenue, match day revenue and the NFL/rugby/concerts etc. While the bank loan will help us in the short term it obviously isn’t sustainable. Also considering how far ahead at least 4 clubs are than Spurs currently it may be the only chance of CL football next season.

When managers like Carlo and Jose come back to PL a lot of fans are like can’t wait to see all these great managers play vs each other. That was one of the worst matches I’ve watched lol
