drop the worst offenders, - we've finally learnt our lesson on Alonso, Zooms just needs marshalling better (Silva), AC is flakey as fack & needs using a lot less, finally Kepa needs dropping permanently.

We managed to get everyone fit and pretty much had close to our best team v Palace.

Lost both Silva & Mendy so when I saw Kepa and AC on pitch, had a feeling we'd let a load in.

Aguero should get banned for that, bang out of order

43 PL games under Frank and we've let in 60 odd goals, still conceding the same type of goals since the start of his reign.

He had a similar record with Derby and they used to concede the same type of goals too.

I don't see us winning anything with this current trend

That goes without saying. The question is will he be able to start addressing it this season, and when I say this season I probably mean in no more than 10 to 12 games time.

I don't know if he can or not, but it is a reasonable time frame for him to demonstrate that he can

It looks like our most solid back 4 is Azpi Silva Zouma Chilwell with Mendy behind. But the truth is that is basrx on a sample size of 1 agst an ultra cautious Palace team.

I would suggest that out best possible defensive line up has a lot to prove that it will be good enough. Hopefully it will. I still think we ovet skewed our transfer spend on atta k this season. As a result I feel Frank is now committed to playing 4 2 3 1 but I worry that our players are not good enough defensively to make it work.
