It's obviously not that, but what he is trying just isn't working. Lack of timing of movement and predictability of movement is I think one big issue. Which leads to a lack of quick Tempo and incisive passing.

Add to that a very average defence and Bingo we are mid tabke

Rice isn't happening until the summer and I doubt we'll be the only club interested.

It's hard to imagine Havertz succeeding as a striker in the PL.

Shown no attributes for that role. Maybe a deeper striker role like Sheringham or Eidur, but even then I am struggling

If he plays up front it would be with a partner

Maybe him just behind Werner. They did well together against Southampton.

But not sure any midfield combo can support that formation.
