Actually one guy I could see them getting is that River Plate manager who's been linked with jobs in Europe forever.

That feels very Arsenal-ish. The enormous element of risk being overset by the fact he'll be relatively cheap compared to other candidates.

I just hope at the end of this season I can switch from Sharteta to Artentha

Yeah it’s not like Arsenal have shown themselves to be well run/ambitious above the manager so what incentive is there for a top coach to join them?

Given he's always linked with La Liga jobs I'd say yes, but if someone like Arsenal showed serious interest I'd assume he'll hear them out at least.

He's been linked with Barcelona before, probably depends if Messi rates him or not

I don't know much about him besides hearing his name a lot. Never seen his River Plate team.
