His cross to Lukaku was perfect. Alonso gets into so many good crossing positions but sends in some awful low/flat crosses. It was understandable last season when we had Werner up front but now we fecking have Lukaku.

Can see why we let him go tbh, he's not the most reliable.

Lukaku and Werner together causes mayhem, hope we hit City with that. Think they’re missing a few big players at the moment as well, could be a good time to play them.
A win for us against City followed by a draw between City and Liverpool the week after would be beautiful.
It does feel like a midfield of Kova/Jorgi/Kante and a attack consisting of Werner and Lukaku is the way to go against City.
Feels like every match we start slow but if we get past the first 20 minutes we usually go up a gear from there. Probably can’t afford that against City even if they do have injuries.
Mendy, Silva, Kante and Lukaku performances will be key.
