Gilmour learning a lot sitting on the Norwich bench. Could’ve sat on our bench instead ffs.

Yes because McEachran put in man of the match performances against elite teams.

Tbf Carlo said he was MotM in a CL away game at Marseille, that we lost with a team full of seniors, then dropped him immediately afterwards
Seriously I dont think Gilmour comng back to Chelsea this season is the right move.
He should stay at Norwich or move to another club like Southampron for example
He's not coming back to Chelsea this season unless we have some injury crisis in midfield

May not be back at all...we might sell him on
I have no problem with him going on loan again next season.
I also have no problem with him being offloaded or moving on if he does not make sufficient impression in two full-season loans.
Its his career, it's up to him to force his way into the Norwich team - not us to bail him out and keep him at Cobham under cotton wool.
Should have gone to Rangers, learn from Stevie G
- He just left Rangers
- Scottish football is even worse than Championship levels
- Gerrard being a great player doesn't mean he can train others to be great, he seems like a decent-pretty good manager, that's about it.
A Championship loan has worked out and correlates well with good career progression for literally so many Chelsea youngsters, I don’t know why some still frown upon it.
Because it also has not worked for so many youngsters, and because Gilmour was showing much more advanced level of performance at 19 than any of the mentioned players aside from James.
Personally I don't think James has improved as much as he should have done in the time since, but that's that.

‘He just needs to show what he can do. No coach will leave the best players out, that’s what he needs to prove. That Norwich is a better team with him.’
^ It's on Gilmour, basically. Has to make himself undroppable.
If we beat Norwich 5-0 or something then the coach will make changes for his next game.
We never really stuff teams under TT, be nice to change that.

They can’t fracking win with or without him with that useless coach and crap players. They’re going down and probably don’t care to help our player get better as it won’t make a difference to them.
Villa tried replacing Grealish with 3 players and have been crap this season.
Ings is good but Buendia and Bailey have done nothing so far.
It's almost like assessing the quality of a signing after eight PL games isn't the optimal judgement period.
I’d rather have Villa’s current squad than the one from last season. Give it time
I didn’t say they’re crap signings.
I said they’ve been crap so far because the signings have done nothing so far. That could change, but still doesn’t fix their current issues.
