De Laurentiis: “Koulibaly is a symbol of Napoli, if he wants to leave he is the one who has to decide. We want to stay, but nobody can be forced. Everyone has their own dignity and needs, we respect everyone”, said the Napoli president.

Tuchel on Boehly yet to witness a Chelsea win live: “Was he here again [against Leicester]? Well, that’s a clear sign! He will watch on ESPN in Los Angeles next season. It is clear already. If it is like this it is clear.”

Jorginho's agent while speaking to 1 Station Radio amidst Juventus links: "He still has a year of contract with the Blues, the renewal is the priority."He also plays in the Premier League, which is certainly a more important championship than the Italian one.

In fairness De Laurentis has performed miracles keeping Koulibaly at Napoli as long as he has. I don't think he'd want to stand in his way at this point in his career and that he'll allow him to move for a mega money contract. Chelsea will pay him fortunes no doubt. And the PL would be a very good match for him.

Couple things I've learned about Liverpool fans recently. Firstly they think it's a given that they're winning the CL Final.

Secondly they've become unbearably arrogant of late. Hopefully Real Madrid turn up in this Final and show them who the real kings of Europe are.

Admittedly I'm a bit late to the party on the second point

According to reports via football.london. Chelsea are looking into the possibility of bringing Paul Pogba to the club this summer,as they look to strengthen midfield areas.

Yeh.....no thanks, already have a frog maestro who's been out on loan since we have had him, don't need another and Bakayoko would strengthen our midfield as much as Pogba......

Would love Pogba yes please

Pogba is the sort of weird buy we'd do.

Yes it is. Opportunistic purchases with minimal speculation before we sign them is practically our transfer strategy.

Not in favour of it - because 'world class' Pogba only turns up about three times a season.

According to Calciomercato, Premier League sides Chelsea and Liverpool have entered the race for Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt. The Italian giants have offered a contract extension to the defender, but there are still question marks over whether he will put pen to paper on the new deal

Former Blues player Frank Leboeuf has urged Christian Pulisic to leave Chelsea in order to realise his potential.

“I think [there is] a question mark that he is more influential in the national team than Chelsea. With the future at Chelsea, I don’t see him playing a lot. That’s more of advice than my willing to see him leaving. If he still wants to be the ‘Captain America’ next season, he will have to find another team.

If it was prime Kante then Pogba would be a decent signing as them two together is a good match in midfield, do well for France.

But Kante can't stay fit these days and Pogba is cba

Pogba does seem to play really well with Kante beside him (who doesn’t) - but they play in a midfield 3 for France generally. Kante, Pogba, Kovacic sounds pretty good - but would Tuchel switch to 4-3-3? Not sure.

As for Pulisic - I would have no problem with him leaving in the Summer. There are a hundred different players we could buy who would be more productive. However, with a new American owner I imagine Pulisic is more likely to be the face of a huge marketing campaign in the US. Probably worth more money to Chelsea to keep him - albeit mainly on the bench

posted on 20/5/22

Pulis a hard one, as I honestly feel he has the most potential of all of our players, but I worry he won't hit the form of a few years ago. Not exactly sure what the bald one is on about though......if Puli ups his game he starts every match and honestly on recent form Chelsea have imo given him more minutes than his performances deserve, so unless he is off to a MLS team or midtable Italian side he won't be playing there either......

posted on 20/5/22

Also agree with BlueJ that he will be kept regardless as one of our main marketing figure heads in the US, I just hope he can capture some of that pre injuy form as well as stay off the physios table. But even half his pre injury form would be like a new player for us

Everton are eyeing up a move for Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher in the summer transfer window as Frank Lampard looks to utilise his connections at the west London club

According to talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook, the Toffees are looking at signing the 22-year-old ahead of next season, having excelled whilst on loan at Crystal Palace during the 2021/22 campaign.

Valued at £22.5m by Transfermarkt, Thomas Tuchel will reportedly look to include Gallagher in his pre-season plans at Chelsea, although this might not translate to a first-team berth, with Lampard remaining on red alert for news of any opportunity to bring the midfielder to Everton

Lampard believes his excellent connections to the club can give him an edge in negotiations.

Transfer dartboard is out early this year it seems......would however be a good loan move for him if he won't start here
