We're likely to lose 4 defenders, so that wouldn't be the ideal window. Kounde on his own is not enough, we'd need another CB.

I can't see us spending another shiiit load on attackers (Nunez & Nkunku) in this window

Hence why I mentioned bringing in Colwill and bringing back Ampadu and Emerson as possibilities. Just because four defenders leave this summer it doesn't mean that we have to buy as many as four to replace them.

Why not ? We sure as hell need some reinforcements of that calibre in our flacid attack. Getting Nunez would obviously be dependent on selling Lukaku though, which presents it's own problems.

Mbappe staying at PSG is bad news for us because there was an outside chance that they'd have brought in Lukaku this summer even if Conte doesn't go there. Sadly that looks out now.

Colwill can take Sarr’s spot and Koundé takes Christensen’s but we need another proven top defender to take Rudiger’s place

Hope cucurella rumours are just that, i d rather see maatsen get his chance
