He is going to sign for St Johnstone and become alegend like Jody Morris!
Maybe he's not good enough
Mr C
You know, you may be onto something there.
Wasn't given a chance by Rodgers

What will happen to Josh McEachren?

A strong wind will come, and he will be blown away.

He deserves a chance next season for us, if that doesn't work out then maybe he will have to leave the club.
I remember the calls for Lampard to be dropped for Mceachran in Carlo's 2nd season
He just needs time. Look how long it's taken Bertrand to be a first team member. Just because some players can do it at 18 doesn't mean they all will.

Gazza. How ever crap Lampard was, do you think Josh could have stepped up last season and replaced him for however many games. You don't throw in a youngster into a team which is out of sorts and unbalanced. He would have got ripped to shreds if he was allowed to play last year in place of Lampard during our slump
I don't think we've recovered properly from that bad moment we had 2 years ago under Carlo.
Why does it matter where he plays?

?
Yes that is a pretty naive comment.

of course you do.
you give the regulars a kick up the behind and challenge them.
As long as he's getting some valuable minutes on the pitch as our goalkeeper then thats the most important thing for Josh to develop as one of our future central midfielders
The players needed competition and McEachran was impressing massively in the limitd chances he got. I don't see why he shouldn't have been given a bigger chance. But it's Saint Carlo so he can do no wrong
His biggest issue is finding his best position. Not strong enough or good in the tackle to play the double pivot, and you don't utilise his strengths in the No 10 role
Nothing to do with Carlo Someone's defensive
Its about whether or not Mceachran was good enough to replace Lampard at that point. He wasnt and 2 years down the line, he's stil not good enough. Cant even displace one of the Swansea midfielders so how on earth is he gna make our midfield.
Your God AVB, loaned him out.
Cant even displace one of the Swansea midfielders

Tbf thats not exactly embarrassing

To be fair, the Swansea midfield is better than ours
