Saint - Newcaste: yes. Of course I will congratulate them if they finish above Spurs.
Arsenal: Not really. Recent data shows Arsenal are reguarly spending approximately 45% more on wages than Spurs. For that kind of money, they should be finishing of us easily.
In fairness, we got no congratulations for winning the FA Cup (only a couple of bitter articles from Sandy) so it makes sense that we don't offer you any congratulations.
