Believed to be in the region of £6m and will travel with them to their tour of USA. I really think everyone does want out now.
Where's this coming from?
Source? I've seen that they've been linked with Foster but £6m is a bit of a joke. £8-10m maybe. I just cant see anyone at Blues being so stupid as to let our only 1st choice GK leave. I know we have Doyle but he hasnt even tasted 1st team football for how long? Then who? Butland? If this is true then my outlook will be a whole lot bleaker.

WBA mad from newsnow."
Yeah, I saw that.
Seems strange that they're only people who've heard of it.
Wait and see.
Most of my Baggies mates say that WBA will not pay £6m for a player, so let's hope they're right.
If we do let him go for that fee then I will be absolutely gutted; he's worth much more than that in the present market and I would lose a little more faith in the management.
according to WBA £6m would break the club record transfer fee and explain why they pulled out of the David Vaughan deal.
WBA mad? It might as well be in The Sun!
lets just hope it's not true.
Well you see if thats the case, i recon McLeish will be after him aswell.
Only one reason why McLeish has not gone in for Foster and thats because he knows we would want at least £8M and thats too much for him to pay when others can be had for less like Green, Robinson and Given.
If this is true which i doubt, then that means only one thing!
Yeung is in hot watter, what little cash he has cant be spent/frozen and the other share holders are a front/fake or wont invest.
So the club only has Parachutes/Season Ticket money to run its self on and thus we have to make a firesale to sell everyone worth anything to pay for the club and stop us doing a Portsmouth.
Some rumours was Stokes offer for Dann was £8M that can rise to £10M and Jerome £4M if thats the case and we agreed to that then that means we are selling because if we dont the CLUB ARE SKINT
The KiD
Dont believe it. It makes no sense from any point of view what so ever.
Why would Ben go to the Baggies?
They wont pay him enough!
We wont sell him for 6m!
Not going to happen, certainly not on those terms.
I can't see it happening. I think he will end up at the villa.
If he does go to the Baggies I think it would show a distinct lack of ambition from the keeper, no dis respect to West Brom.
Surely a keeper as good as he is can attract bigger clubs giving him a higher profile or perhaps he just doesnt like the limelight, maybe he doesnt like the pressure
West brom would be breaking their transfer record to sign him, surely this says he is/can be in a better team given time.
I thought Villa were after Shay Given? Id rather Foster go to the Baggies for free than the s[um.
KRO
I think when he came to us from man u it showed a lack of ambition as surely he knew that Van Der sar didn't have many seasons left in him. Also with him 'retiring' from internantional duty shows he prefers to be out of the limelight.
I agree with you about him going the villa but even before Mcliesh went the villa I thought Foster would end up there. He is from Leamington afterall and you don't see any blues tops there, villa, man u and chelsea are what all the kids are wearing.
It all depends on 3 things!
1) How much cash the club has to Run!
So if the only money is the Parachutes, Sponsors and Season Tickets, so Yeung has £0 to his name, we may be forced to have to sell.
2) Players would prefer to be playing in the Prem if given the choice, and especially if their clubs can not Garuntee they will get Promoted at first ask.
Also If the player is aware of the situation and problems we have would they want to be staying here under the bleak circumstances.
3) If WBA are the only club after him, and the two above are correct then its a choice for the player of move to WBA and play in the Prem, or stay here with a bleak future over the club (how can players garuntee a time wont come when they wont get paid wages like at pompy).
And for the club if they have no cash and need cash, then if WBA are the only club in or the only club offering £6M or more then do they refuse to sell and no thats £6M the club really needs to keep it afloat.
The KiD
Maybe if we want to keep hold of our players or not sell them for cheap or allow players to have all the power.
Then Yeung should do business like this....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DwmPAjKb2E
Maybe we can sell WBA Doyle
The KiD
I thought Villa were in for Given at around £3 or 4 million. If we do sell him it would a sign of the rot setting in. Between now and the end of August when the window closes is going to be a long long 7 weeks.
Cant find any announcments... is this a wind up?
I strongly suggest Blues fans take 3 minutes to get to grips with twitter and take a gander at Colin Tattums page every now and then.

He has his finger on the pulse and I have never seen the guy say something incorrect. WBA are apparently enquiring.
It sounds more like they're anticipating an enquiry. I'd say Rob Green would be more likely. Cheaper and more likely to jump.
To be fair to the op, (whatecer that means???) there was reports saying West Brom were going to have a news conference this afternoon where they unveil Gerra and Foster. Things had been far to quiet on this matter for it to have happened behind closed doors, blues dont do business that way rightly or wrongly.
KRO
This will be a real test for us.
Because if WBA make a £6M or less offer and it does not take long for us to accept it, that will as far as i am concerned confirm that the club are skint and have no cash flow from Yeung or his board.
And then we should be prepared to see everyone one go who is worth something and then see only cheapest freebees signed.

No mention of Foster to WBA, only that they are looking at West Ham Keeper Peter Kurucz
I think WBA may no that our club would not sell Foster for £6M at least not unless a game of hard ball is played.
As i said if WBA do make a bid and its £6M and we accept i think McLeish will surely move in.
