To be honest, Rangers have too big a following not to be able to negotiate their own TV Deal.
If we were pumped down to the 3rd tier, then it would benefit teams right through the leagues if and when we gain promotion. The sort of money they could get from having the presence of Rangers in their league for an entire season, would be enough to keep some of these clubs afloat for years
If we're not wanted in the SPL, then all we're missing out on anyway, is a small slice of TV Revenue and a couple of years of being unable to attract half-decent players (which imo is already an issue because wages are getting ridiculous right across the English leagues - look at Aberdeen losing Arnason to an English 2nd division club ffs ).

We can let the wallopers in the SPL wallow in their own cash crisis for 3 years, and then when we return, we'll remember the way we were treated during this period, because believe me, there will be at least 5 or 6 clubs joining us in liquidation.
Aberdeen and Hearts keep piling on more debt every year, and have no means of repaying their debts, so they'll be among the first.
If they want to stick the boot in now, when we're at our lowest point, then that will be remembered when it's their turn to turn to the other SPL clubs for a helping hand
