Most bears opted for Div 3 ages ago,and few wanted the SPL or Div 1,to do us the favour of keeping us around?
At least we are still alive and kickin, annoying those who wished us deed.

I certainly believe that oldco would have bitten the hand off anybody to stay in the SPL. All this faux humilty may fool some people, but not me.

To say the SFL should be left to make up there own mind is, I would say. a moot point because it seems the SFA will overrule any decision to put us in the 3rd by allowing the SPL to create a new league to accomodate us. This, by all accounts, has been made abundantly clear.

So the SFL have only the choice between breaking their own rules (or changing them to be precise) to accomodate us in their top division or half or mabye 2/3 of them face the possibility of being cut loose completely, hardly much of a choice?

The pressure has already been applied before any of these statements were made.

Why make any statement? the vote had already been cast

'annoying those who wished us deed.'

It's a new club, tbbab.

You will be liquidated soon. Third division and no sanctions is only fair for a new club.

Bout ye Albert

Hope life is treating you well man.

Charles Green worked hard to keep the club in the SPL.

It didn't work out because of the fans of the other clubs, but if he had his way they'd be in the SPL next season no doubt.

We are still Rangers and bears.

Have I missed summit while on tramadol?

A new club though tbbab. This is glossed over because it compromises those who want to spin the first division option as some sort of demotion. Given that it's a new application, the first division would effectively be a double promotion.

Going to the third is only following the rules. It's getting boring hearing fans talk as if the club will be deciding where it plays.

Our destiny is not within our hands, and I have not seen many,if any, bears say otherwise.

Most said we deserved Div 3,take the punishment and rebuild.
Not sure why Div 1 stuff has come up tbh,and we were never going to be allowed to stay in the SPL.

Simply glad we still have The Rangers FC.

I am sure you are as cuddly as a teddy bear Albert, and your Mrs simply does not understand the complexities of the male mind............we get older and we get grumpier, because we get wiser?

Women think they are complicated man?

HMRC won't allow what is called "lookalike" businesses apparently. If it was that simple there would be a big high street store called Worthwool or a new bank called Rock Northern. You're gonna have to change slightly.

Gersran it is then Albert..........sounds a bit soft in hooligan terms however.

The Rangers will have to do for noo.

Albert,

Yea that would be mad. Next thing you will be telling me there is still a shop called 'Game' on the high street and a club called Leeds United playing in England!
