Ludy - As the ex Spurs manager I can assure you £55 Million is about right. They need the cash to really rejuvenate the defence and attack. The midfield's good but the other areas don't come close to good enough.

Nono, not complaining about Spurs' budget, but Liverpool's team are no where near Spurs' team atm, so I think 65 will be fair for Liverpool. Up to LRF though

What are your suggestions on people who have just signed for clubs? Do they go there or not?
The cut off point should be whenever the league starts, when everyone makes their page (as most people use Wiki for reference).
I think we should choose a 25 man squad from players who are actually at the club now. No including players who are on the verge of signing for example (i.e. Vertonghen + Adebayor for Tottenham)
