In fairness how would you feel if Rooney signed for City or Liverpool?

that would be painful Fred

I'm not sure I even want him at United, but it's funny to see them all so happy about it.

Didn't bother us before? You're article is flawed just from the title.

Well, to be fair we suffered it with kettleneck.

I`m not knocking them, i`m just genuinely surprised how quickly their tunes have changed and how the old wounds are still very much open between us.

"Baracus you found me out"

OP, you must be WUMing or plain naive.

Persie has done nothing in his Arsenal career to warrant such behavior towards Wenger. His last contract came when he was injured and looking at an exit. Wenger put his trust on him.

Plus, we don't like you manc 's. As someone pointed out, it's like Rooney heading off to liverpool.

Think its the point someone made earlier. It's who he would be moving to that would grate on most of us. It was hard enough that he came out and openly said he wouldnt be signing a new contract but if he ends up at Utd it would leave a very sour taste.

Just to put a cat amongst the pigeons. Didnt Fergie refuse to sell Heinze to Liverpool for the exact same reason?

Anyone else getting bored by all this rubbish?

Correct, but he got him a better move to Madrid instead

I certainly am, really tired of the abuse United is getting for trying to buy RVP and then the moaning Gooners on top of it.

Frank Stapleton signed for United! They got over it.

He'd a title or two, can't blame him for that, can't even put the Carling cup on his CV, Alex mcleish put paid to that gem.

Bolox. If Bacon: face had conducted matters in the appropriate manner, like in private, then he might have got somewhere without the fuss.

But the whiskey nosed had to b|tch to the press about Evil devil Arsenal holding to poor precious Percy.

Yeah, because we all know how prestigious that winners medal would be.

The CC is a gem? And what happened to McLeish after? You are doing an excellent job of impersonating someone very stupid.

If RVP has lost faith in his manager then he has a right to look to leave the club and find one with more ambition.

Who first made the Utd bid for RVP, public?

You are of course aware that it was Arsenal that made the deal public knowledge?
