Leeds were deducted 15 points and kept their league membership...
You were turfed out and given Rangers' membership, similar to Airdrie Utd being given Clydebanks

Rangers' holding company was Liberty/Wavetower...
That company is NOT in liquidation.
RangersPLC was incorporated in 1899 and became one-if you understand the meaning of incorporation-which is now liquidating.
Goodbye
TCD making stuff up as he goes along.
He has never heard of company restructuring in business.
Airdrie liquidated with no prior restructuring or sale of the club, assets, history etc. Airdrie then bought Clydebank and renamed it. How is that the same?
"but, but, but Leeds never went Newco. I don't believe them EFL docs"
Sounds good Ginger. Hope you both enjoy it.

How can you restructure a liquidated company?
It's dissolved, kaput, over
Airdrie liquidated, Jim Ballantyne applied for Gretna's membership and was denied, forcing him to buy Clyebank and re-name them.
Airdrie Utd are NOT Aidrieonians
The company was restructured by the administrators who separated the club prior to liquidation and sold the club to Green. They confirmed this. It's not too hard to work out is it.
Are you saying once a company is incorporated it can't be reversed by lawyers, is that what you are saying? Business's work different in planet Celtic.
After the club was moved to Greens new owning company the club share was also transferred to our club by the SFA as it's the same club. Totally different to buying an old club and renaming it in a liquidated ones name ffs.
I never said Airdrie utd were Airdreonians. They were liquidated without a prior restructuring and no club sale. Did I not say that?
They bought the assets...nothing more.
A liquidation sale.
You cannot restructure a dissolved company...you can start again though
And your club share(Spl)went to Dundee.
You applied for Rangers' SFA membership and were granted it.The SFL also decided to accept you in.
Normal protocol for a new club application
The SFA, SPL, Administrators, liquidators, Rangers, Green and UEFA are all wrong.
PS 'Normal' Protocol with a club with no league due to bigotry.
See Leeds with no bigotry problems.
The Spl kicked you out for liquidating...
The SFA accepted your application as a new club.
The SFL accepted you in as a new club.
Why else would you be in Peyerhead yesterday
