Loved ff7. When aeries died
Those weapon bosses were a nightmare. I've never beaten the emerald weapon under the sea so tough!
Oh ad the story of red xiii's father: red xiii thought he had abandoned him and his mother but had been turned to stone protecting the village. That bit where the tears flow down the statues eyes when xiii discovered the truth
I have Final Fantasy 7-9 on my phone.
7 was my absolute favourite game, never has a story caught me so...
I have the best early area to train, you know when you can travel back to Junon for the first time, still on disc 1...
you travel back and goto the docks bit in junon, if you set the alarm off you will fight disc 2 enemies and you can get alot of experience for it!
I love the parts from when you first goto the Gold saucer and then travel through cosmo canyon, Nibelhiem and Mt Nibel to Rocket town!
Yeah the FMV sequence going into the Golden Saucer was sweet.
Also, OP, was FF7 "re-released" on PC?
hmm I suppose it was, because it did get released on PC a few years ago, then they are releasing again now but as a "steam" download... would that count?
Beat all the weapons except for the Ruby Weapon (I think, been a long time).
Just remember starting the fight and watching my characters being slowly swallowed up by the sand
What was the underwater one then? He was impossible although my brother beat him I think by summoning the knights of the round summon 7 times in a row that summon took ages for just one cast
There was a summon in ff8 called Eden I think which took 8 minutes to run through but you could do massive massive damage
Nah it's the once near the Gold Saucer ( that giant casino place with chocobo's and stuff).
Completely forgot about The knights of the Round. Having to farm a black chocobo to get the materia
One of the best games I have ever played.
Eden did massive damage because you could boost him up to 150 or 250 because his summoning sequence was so long.
I'm such a nerd!

Oh yeah, I used that quite a lot, even on some of the weaker enemies which seemed pointless
