Yep people hated Conte for saying it but he was clearly spot on and now Ange is finding out. Personally I blame Levy for the culture at the club. There's only so much coaches can do

If it was the other way round, arsenal would want to lose. We’ve literally seen it when we both were in european finals, and that was them having a chance of a trophy but they still preferred us both losing than both winning.

Nothing to do with culture of the club 😂. Actually, let me correct that. If we had a winning culture and regularly won trophies then arsenal winning the league might not sting as much as it would now. So therefore, the culture is due to us being unsuccessful, including losing 4 in a row

So if culture is something else then maybe its u/ange getting confused on what culture is

Clue #3: if you've done any management training you'll realise a lot of what Ange says is almost literally textbook. He's doing and saying the right things. The rest is just noise

I couldn’t care less about top 4 anymore. Just win a trophy and hopefully next season that will be the Europa League which is still an amazing achievement and a credible trophy.
We need another season under Ange and more recruitment before we take on the big boys in the CL

I've left hints and clues. But to summarize, culture is something bigger and more enduring than the reaction to a few events. It's there to prevent such reactions even happening. It's set out by leadership and doesn't change with employees coming and going.
