Savinho would be class. Rare old-school winger who actually prefers playing on his natural wide, caning it up to the byline and getting crosses in. Would be a brilliant foil for Kudus and make Spurs so much more threatening and direct in attack.
Get him and one of Paz/McAtee/Elliott/El Khannouss and suddenly I'm liking this window a whole lot more
Think Solanke/Richarlison/Johnson (if played up top) would benefit from a player like Savinho too
Choosing to ignore Johnson's total lack of any sort of physical presence for argument's sake

Also I'm genuinely surprised to read that Savinho would consider leaving City for Spurs but I'm not gonna complain

Got benched towards end of last season didn’t he and think he’s worried about World Cup coming up
True. You'd think he might hold out for a better team though
Blimey, Al Nassr now have Ronaldo, Inigo Martinez, Mane, Joao Felix, Brozovic and Coman
Also think that Savinho probably doesn’t like the safety first approach that wingers have under Pep - as he is much more of a high risk kinda guy

Whatever the reason (probably a perceived lack of opportunity) I like that he'd be willing to do it. Shows how determined he is for the sake of his football career to leave a club like City for us, as a youngster. Makes me all the more happy to get him.

Feels like Pep experimented with high-risk dribbly boys on the wings (Savinho, Doku) but decided he didn't like it and is going back to wide 10s instead (Foden, Marmoush, Cherki)

First thing watch your tone as you’re lucky to still be on here after what you said to fridge.
We haven’t had any credible links to McAtee at all not one.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Before today were there any creditable links to Savinho
It's very simple. Lange would say to his Man City counterpart, oh you are selling McAtee as well? How much? No need to get into a huff about it lol.
I asked a fridge a simple question. I wasn't abusive. What's the problem?

Apart from the fact he bought Doku and Savinho years after selling Sane, yeah
I would say media BS as usual. They have hours of time to fill until the season starts and the window shuts.
Media are saying we have enquired or suggest we made an offer and City want more but also don't want to sell him either...... so which is it then.
Answer them filling time with endless shat as usual. The pundits have to earn a crust when they have nothing to do.
Until the club announce a player then it's fiction.
yeah Pep is going back to overlapping fullbacks and wingers who play as 10s
“ Until the club announce a player then it's fiction.”
Lol
Manchester City are considering move for Rodrygo after imminent exits.
Grealish gone, McAtee and Savinho can leave… and #MCFC see Rodrygo as dream target, Guardiola big fan.
Real Madrid will let him leave if player wants - asking around €100m.

City didn't want to sell Palmer either but he went because the player himself wanted to leave and Pep let him go. So I can believe the situation, it'll be whether Levy can agree with their terms....the least believable part of this story.
