We need to buy some top class palyers NOW...for the season that has just started...
1. a replacement for Maddison
2. a replacement for Kulushevski
3. a replacement for harry Kane (if he can be replaced!!!)
4 and a backup for Mickey VDV.
5. a better goalkeeper

Then Mr Frank will have a squad worth managing!!
Oh yes, and BTW...we damned well should have beaten PSG.! I'm still pissted about that.

Why do we need to replace Kulu when he still plays for us? (And come on, try and work out how to spell his name!)

The club signed Solanke to replace Kane.

The club signed Danso and Drag and Kota Takai as back up to our first choice centre backs.

The club signed Kinsky as competition for Vic.

I know we aren’t perfect but we won 3-0 on the first day of the season, have a manager who seems to know what he’s doing and the squad is improving, I don’t get why some fans can’t just enjoy some optimism. Like it feels like so many on here enjoy being miserable.

We will be able to tell after the match how he reacts.

If he says his goodbyes that will give us all the confirmation we need....to determine he will be going to Arsenal.

How is eze looking unlikely?

Sooner people realise most journalists are getting paid per SM post it’s easier to understand.

He was always going to play if we hadn’t got a full agreement which we haven’t.

Just relax and see how it pans out

The payment structure is what they’re pushing back on. They’re saying that if they don’t get a specific figure up front, they won’t be able to get in a replacement. According to some reliable ITKs (plus MD) it was agreed that he wouldn’t play today. If he does, which is likely, that’ll drive a further wedge in negotiations.


I’m sorry but no one else does this. Most other clubs get their business done. It’s always us haggling. Part of me wants Arsenal to swoop in now so that the final nail in Levy’s coffin can be hammered in. If he fails to get Eze or Sav, or I’d say both, he’s feckin finished. Fans need to turn on him in the nastiest possible way. There’s no other choice.
