Anyway at least city are out the way now for the season
Cos hes I'm the middle of the park
I think we would have lost, but ultimately the decisions have robbed us of the chance of finding out what would have happened. Totally ruined the game. Most frustrating thing in football.
All about our bounce back ability vs Hull

Tottenham v Everton
Newcastle v Tottenham

This villa vs WBA game is fantastic
I know, but I would be livid.
To be honest i'd rather our manager picked refs up on decisions. Likes of Jol, Redknapp and now Sherwood seem to say 'oh well, its a hard job, sometimes it happens'. Ref's aren't afraid of giving decisions against us. They are against the Fergie's and Mourinho's. We are too nice a club.
So you win 5 out of 6 and you drop a player?

If necessary yes

Soldado..totally agree, I was sat there shouting at the screen wondering why Sherwood wasn't going ballistic at the officials. Looks like he saves it for his players
Bentaleb did more than Lennon and eriksen today

Well thats probably because we rely on centre midfield to release our more attack minded players.
As we got totally taken to the cleaners in the middle of the pitch we never really got the ball to our attack minded players.
Everybody in the world knows that any football match hinges on winning the centre midfield battles which is why the likes of yaya is raved about.
99 times out of a 100 win the centre midfield battle and you will win the game. We lost that battle from the opening minute and it cost us the game.

Our players do it as well. Massive decisions go against us, i'm think the Chelsea cup semi final game etc and instead of going over to the ref and making a nuisance of ourselves we just seemingly shrug and take it. City tonight we're repeatedly going up to the officials over marginal things and they end up getting decisions.
I'm not saying for one minute I like to see clubs pressuring officials but it seems to work.
Grand
Can you tell them on the Lennon slating article please.

Agree with everything you say here. Lost the midfield battles against City, Arsenal and Liverpool and guess what happens.
City did it first half when Rose went down for the free kick. It was obvious Toure left his leg out for him to go over, as soon as they realised they surrounded the ref. The distraction meant he got away without a second yellow...though the studs up on Dembele could easily have been given as a straight red anyway
