Trying a new burger place tonight. Got Nduja on it

Yes mate, I do batches of base gravy (stock ad you say) and freeze them. I also pre cook my chicken and freeze in batches as I tikka it.

Iv only managed to 2 curries so far, vindaloo and a garlic chilli chicken. To be fair, a vindaloo is very very easy providing you have the gravy prepared and the right spices etc.

The trick is to use an aluminium pan without non stick to scrape all the caramelised spices back into the sauce.

They do, but they don’t deliver to Jose anymore. He leaves a bus parked in front of his drive and they had to carry it all up to his front door.
