Delighted that he's staying. Purely because it means we have a stronger squad. Should see him play important roles vs Coventry and Montpellier

I will support him but can't expect anything special from him anymore unless he puts in some effort.

I don't mind him staying but he won't play much anyway.

Wait 8bit until our injury crisis hit us.

"Imo on his day he can be as good if not better than Cazorla if played in the right positon and in the right frame of mind."

Just no.

He can Dog

When Arshavin first arrived he was as good as Cazorla

"When Arshavin first arrived he was as good as Cazorla "

...and Arshavin's nowhere near as good as he used to be. Cazorla's on form and the much better player at the moment. Arshavin will be useful on the bench maybe but starting is a silly idea imo, Cazorla is miles ahead of him at the moment.

Ox - Cazorla- Podolski

This is starting 3, no doubt.

Form is temporary Class is forever

posted on 6/9/12

There's a point where you lose it. You don't see 50 year olds playing because class is forever. However exaggerated, some people lose that class sooner than others.

please stop, dont defame santi to prop up arshavin.

Just watch the 4-4 draw if you want to relive arshavin's career highlight again.

Henrykamp, how the hell can you say that? Cazorla's only played 3 games so far. Cazorla also looks like he'll work harder for the team so I can see his effect lasting longer.

Cazorla's been just as good as Arshavin was when he first joined us.

Arshavin was my favourite player for the first 2 years he was here, but he ain't the same player anymore imo.

Cazorla's the future, Arshavin's the past.

Not really. When Arshavin joined people were placing him alongside the best players in the world. With Cazorla, only Arsenal fans are doing that

Tbf there's little separating Cazorla now, and Arshavin then.
He is among the best in his position.

he was new to the league and players weren't used to his tricks, they adapted and he could not.

Its like Torres' drag back, fooled defenders for a while but then rendered useless.

Really Dubbed?

I'd say Fabregas, Iniesta, Ozil, Sneijder, Goetze and Hazard are all better than him.

And Cazorla?

Dubbed has a crush on Cazorla. He thinks he is the best player in the world .
