Yes, such great fans that less than 20,000 bothered to turn up for a vital game against Burnley.
yes it does say a lot... What it says is that Forest had a good season and a lot of people jumped on the band wagon. Would like to see your away attendance if you had a poor season.

Did you ever really have a "poor" season in league one though? I understand league one is a poor league but if you are winning more regularly than you are losing then it is much easier to follow your team round the country than if you regularly lose.
Not trying to pick a fight, as you probably know I am not a WUM i am genuinly curious what your away attendances were like last time you was in a genuine religation battle?

Fair enough. Nice to see some sensible comments and i agree there isnt much point in arguing about attendance when in football there are plenty more important issues.
Anyway enough of this marurity this is 606!

Where was that link supposed to go? It just took me to the forest mobile site? Am I missing something?

sorry! Normal 606 service will be resumed soon!
I haven't been on much as I spend the close season away from football & 606 until at least after the Donnington and this year Knebworth festivals have passed.
I need to get back into the swing of things on 606!
Just wondering, how many of the regular Derby and decent Forest posters have moved over to the new 606?

3 Forest posters? Didnt expect you to bring your whole home attendance with you on to 606 well done!

Ray is a joker!!! To sum up what RAY said we offered him a new deal coz we wanted to keep him, he rejected it and went to Derby.
When did I mention Tyson. It was Moussi but it doesn't matter who it was cos I was just wumming anyway.
I can debate if I chose but these subjects are so done to death that's it just humours me to pick the odd gem and go with it.
If you hadn't had a sugar daddy bankrolling your tinpot club for the past decade you'd be no better supported than Notts County. Your away fan congregation is made up of 40 year old glory supporters who picked you up when you where good and live elsewhere other than Nottingham (gun capital of the Midlands). Sadly for you that's the last of em, cos you won't be famous again and no one is replacing them.
Good evening Sir.
CAN WE ALL NOT GET ALONG !!
a mate of mine has just returned from Thailand,he came back with a dose, fake Rolex watch and 25% ownership of Derby County.
All drunkenly aquired at the same back street bar.

Derby are losing thousands of fans every year, they picked up loads thanks to Billy Davies but now them gloryhunters are leaving in their droves.
The article states that Forest had the third highest gate receipts, it would be interesting to see if Derby are in the top 2. If not it's gives a lot of weight to the "freebies" argument
