James Beattie is terrible 40 pace, and because I'm playing CPU he rarely wins anything in the air as well. Good thing he's retiring at the end of the season.

Sold Mayuka as I never played him and he wanted to leave and signed Hooper instead. I have Cork on the bench along with Leitner.

Bought Robinson from Liverpool for £3m. He's 74 overall now and getting better. Great signing.

But Mayuka is black and fast and has 4* skills, which means he is God

Was thinking of Robinson for my Chelsea career but he's so small. I can't find him on the screen.

Jenkinson was good for me on the game. He was at 73 last time I played.

But Hooper is English and generally better

I like signing English players for some reason. Cresswell is a decent left back. Why won't Butland get better

Arsenal bought Vidal and Bastos on my game and still can't win anything.

Question - My Arsenal career mode seems to have frozen on Jan 27th 2014 not allowing me to progress an continue it, is there any way of fixing this?

I'm not liking this team at all, it's pretty much the same as real life except 4 years on. The midfield is so lightweight (like real life). Players like Chamakh, Arshavin and Santos are still here. The only decent signings they've made is Piatti. Afobe is amazing as well surprisingly.

Sounds like a corrupted file. Happens a lot on Football manager and usually creating a back up file works well. Not sure if that would work on FIFA but you can try.

I tend to get really bored of Arsenal CM if I make too many different signings. I got Falcao, Di Maria and Ronaldo as a front 3, I got bored soooo quickly.

I think there's just a thrill of wining things with the current chit team.

I hate signing big name players or already made superstars. I love creating my own superstars, it make the game much more fun. Buying any world class player feels like cheating.

Going have a clearout in the summer, get some young players in and then hopefully put this overrated Spurs team back where they belong.

How did EA work out that Spurs would win the CL in season 3 and then romp the league in season 4? Crazy.

Yeah, that was the first time I ever truly splashed out on world class players SKA, and I've been playing since FIFA 08. It got boring after about 2 games.
