Hmm, it worked fine for me. Unnerstall played 32 league games for Stuttgart, his overall didn't increase, Gintner probably about 15 games and he increased by 2 so they went well.
It won't let you see how many games they played in a foreign league but Hofmann probably got some games at Grasshopper (+2), Kagawa probably got a few at Villa (+3) and Ayhan appeared in the cup and probably played a lot for Union Berlin (+3). Most of the ones I didn't loan out and didn't play increased by 1 or 2 though.
Probably should've sold Unnerstall as it's not worth renewing his contract. Oh well.

I've had a few players go out on loan on my Preston save and come back good, one youth player in particular (right winger called Verdejo) increased from 72 to 80 in one season at a Championship club.
Can't understand this game. Liverpool thrashed me 3-0 on Legendary, yet on the same difficulty I was comfortable 3-0 against City (although they pulled 2 late, late goals back through Nasri and Dzeko).
Liverpool played some great football aswell, backheels were coming off in the area, loads of delicate through balls. Must have something to do with team chemistry
Liverpool are a pain to play against on FIFA career mode.
Swansea are by far the worst, though.
I would go as far as saying it was brutal, extreme rape, SKA. I've never felt so vulnerable in a game on CM, ever.
QPR 1-0 up against me atm Richards gave it away, they countered, and Mackie tucks it away.

We beat Juventus 3-1 in the first friendly. Draxler with two, Huntelaar with a penalty.
It's clear they need a keeper and they've offered £11m for Mignolet (27, rated 85) Should I accept? I could probably get a bit more.
It's a good deal, and Fahrmann and Unnerstall are decent enough while Jaissle improves out on loan at Kaiserslautern. But he is a really well rounded keeper, he's improved a lot. I've countered £12.5m, 50/50 whether he stays or goes...

I had one shot, right at the ned of the game, Lloris saved it from Wilshere, an excellent opportunity. If on his stronger foot, would have been a goal.
3-2 win against Villa in the second friendly. Arnautovic, Lukaku and Paloschi got our goals, they scored with their only two shots with Ziguy Mertens () and Weimann.
Juve didn't want to pay £12.5m so I keep Mignolet
This is a bit annoying now, got at least one of Arnautovic and Clemens complaining about their role at any one time
