Fuzzy:
Your latest brought back memories of a Doncaster Grammar School trip to Switzerland in about 1960. We went up Mt. Pilatus. We stayed in Wolfenschiessen - at least the address was Wolfenschiessen, but not sure we were in the town. I've tried to find my scrap book with the photos as then I'd know the hotel. I looked on the web, but no hotel near Wolfenschiessen seemed familiar. I remember it had its own little boating lake - but much will have changed in over 50 years. I'm sure all the DGS lads can remember Heidi, the daughter of the landlord of the pub just down the road!

Cheers PDX.

I wasn't being very fair putting a trip to watch Kriens up against Pilatus. Pilatus is awesome with fantastic 360 degree views plus the world's steepest rack and pinion railway. Even if you're not a techy or a train-spotter, taking a train up a 1 in 2 gradient is an experience.

I can't help you with the hotel. I don't know Wolfenschiessen at all I'm afraid. It's all very nice around there though!
