seems a good prospect, norwich are expecting him to get games but dont see where he fits in really, does DF not like spearing? he'd had a couple of good performances before dougie arrived but has sat on the bench for the last 2 matches.
that it is.. shows how much I know about the guy
And so far that's been my biggest problem with DF, thought Spearing has been our best CM so far this season, easily.
knowing our luck with squad picking he's gonna use Holden as an impact sub on the left wing when he comes back
You don't know anything about the players, so why jump to conclusions? Give Freedman a chance to make his mark on the team, keep an open mind. It's a one month loan, he's hardly gone and signed Mario Jardel on a 3 year deal.
strange signing.adds a bit of depth to the midfield position i suppose.cant really see him playing though.thought a loan keeper would be more appropriate with lonergan being out.
*player, not players (in my last post)

I second that give Freedman a big chance!
was that referred to me? Never said I don't want to give him a chance, always happy to see a new signing and to see what they can do.
I have no idea who this player is.
I have no idea as to his true position.
He could have been looking to take him to Palace, such is the speed of the deal.
I think there needs to be a question over Spearing and his exclusion. But after DF's speech over a squad game requirement, I'd expect/hope him involved at Blackpool or Barnsley....
England U21 midfielder, previously played for Barnsley before moving to Norwich. More of a box-to-box midfielder than what we have already, good with both feet and has a very good shot on him. Its only a months loan for him to gain fitness, so hes not going to keep anyone out of the team for too long and could be a good move for all parties concerned.
Heres a youtube clip of his goals for Barnsley, some crackers in there too

This is a loan deal that benefits Him and his club then. Once fit, back to them.. We get what?? A few games whilst he builds his fitness up...?
God we've become a small club!!!
Is he a decent version of Pratley?
Is this the MASSIVE story that Mr Iles was tweeting about last night? (I use capitals because he did.)
Or did I miss something..?
You did miss something, Vera. Proposal to spend 100M redeveloping the area around the Reebok and Bolton arena into a load of sports, office and community stuff.
Cool - I'm looking for office space with a nice view. No better view than the Bok to stimulate the old grey matter!!!
Ah...fair enough. Cheers, LH. That does sound a bit more MASSIVE!
That bit wasn't on their news app...
You should google 'news now Bolton Wanderers' Vera, and bookmark it on your phone or computer. It's a news aggregator. Very handy.
The young lad can play in many positions and even though it's only a month loan, if he gets the opportunity and is effective, then we may be able to extend the loan. On the other hand he may not get a chance except coming on as a sub, or he may be bobbins, in which case nothing lost.
Freedman must see something in him so I won't knock him. He has had a decent start we will just have to wait and see.
Like a couple of people I find it strange bringing another central midfielder in. Nothing to do with the player or his ability (he might be a world beater for all I know) but I would've thought other positions were a priority. I'd like to see an experienced centre half come in who can marshall the defence.
I think we're only allowed to do it for the one month as per the terms of the loan transfer window.
Always good to have another option.
How about once we get to the transfer window, doesn't the loan window re-open?
We loaned both Sturridge and Wilshere, in January.
