Less than Ibrox
How much was that?"
=======================
Not that much to developers considering it was listed.
Hense there were no higher bids.
Simple how these things work.

Maybe Vlad could just name his own administrators and they could just knock back any offers untill one of Vlad's mates comes in and get's it for ....oh I don't know maybe 3.5 million?
Seems to be the going rate for bankrupt clubs in Scotland."

Oh its actually quite funny how you believe this is what happened. Tin hats at the ready!
Do you honestly believe that if someone wanted the land, and was offering big bucks for it, they would not have just mentioned to the press that they were being knocked back?
The administrators would have to take the highest offer, its the law!
They got the best deal available. The listed status put off the developers!
From what I've heard, Hearts offered Rangers a £100,000 discount on the Wallace money for early payment. If you make an offer like that you can't be too surprised if you get a counter-offer.
From what I've heard, the share offer is over-subscribed
Alright Albert,
Hope you are well,and still basking in the glory of Celtic's win against Barca.
