The usual reason would be someone made an offer for his shares he couldn't refuse. Or it might be personal reasons.
Perhaps, he too is selling his business on Netherhall Rd, albeit very profitable. He sold off all Jr's houses for him earlier in the year. So who really knows, but you will never know the truth
But YET WE HAVE A NEW ONE> Non other than Gavin has joined the firm of Patienceform????? The holding company of DRFC - Are they not the company owned by JR (unless it is true he has sold that too) They went FLAT BUSTED. seems strange but true
Why worry about whether it is true or not.
JR's buisness afairs will be very complex.
Stuart isnt getting any younger so may feel the need to reduce his work commitments.
If you really need to know whether they went into liquidation just order a set of accounts from Companies House.
Not that interested thanks
Your floatin my boat ionly. The smelling of rats is all to evident at the goodship DRFC
He has been wanting to leave since the end of last season. But JR asked him to wait a few months.
Can't be a real fan. We don't need people like that
I don't think you can say that Marc. He is a football man having been a local ref for many years and serving on our board for many years.
Apparently he liked a drink of Whisky at half time or was it full time?, strange but true.
What worries me is that from his experience he could offer a different view compared to the "money men" on the board and that is important to have.He will be a sad loss for whatever reason he has gone.
Who is still on the Board?
I have just had a look at the Directors list
Chairman................JR
Directors.................Peter Hepworth.
CEO.......................GB
Is that it?
Where do Mr Bramall and Watson fit in?
Bramall's fortune down £25 million not good I would suggest but he still has £425million left
http://www.richest-people.co.uk/trends/biggest-losers-2011/
D**k Watson £90million left
(The Times rich list)
How about trying to get Lord Kirkham, Doncaster first billionaire as a director?
If Graham kirkham came into the club he just might get Ibrahimovic to sign for the Rovers to see out his twighlight years.
Yes free credit and nothing to pay!
Has no interest in sport as I understand Alex. If he had do you not think he would have been involved before now?
"You don't ask you don't get"
and GB is the man to do the asking.
I dont have internet accsess this weekend can you put me in DPL please Rovers to win 2 1.Brown to score,Hume if no Brown thanks.Stangly opptimistic
