Sanchez, Lukaku, Lingard, Mata, Matic, Fred, Pogba, Darmian, Rojo, Jones, Smalling, Young and Valencia. This isn’t even a complete list of the player many want rid of this summer. It cannot be done, that’s why many will remain at the club. It’s not hard to understand.

Many of you probably already know this, but I thought it would be interesting to those who don't:

"As the match went on, an incident occurred that led to the introduction of a rule that is still in force today. The Barnsley right half Glendenning was off the field receiving treatment for an injured foot. West Bromwich attacked the Barnsley goal and with the Barnsley goalkeeper Cooper beaten, Glendenning ran on to the pitch with one boot on and cleared the ball away from the Barnsley goalmouth. After this incident, a F.A. rule was introduced that stipulated that a player who is off the field must receive the referee's permission before returning."

I'm no Mourinho fan but I hate "the players aren't playing for the manager" kind of attitude. These days if a team perform badly it's solely the managers fault and the players are completely blameless. I hate this. Football is a team effort and the players are just as much to blame for any bad result as the manager. They are putting in no effort despite how much they get paid and it's a disgrace.

Utd have to brace themselves for a long period of rebuilding, it’ll take at least five years and hundreds of millions of pounds at current valuations of players to start challenging again.

When a player like Sánchez is earning double the next players wages, you know things are rotten at that club. They’re trying to recapture the Fergie era with Ole which will turn out to be a huge mistake.

This season I've rated the Sunderland keeper, its a pity he's 31 otherwise he'd be a brilliant replacement for Davies.
