Former Emmerdale actress Leah Bracknell has died at the age of 55, her manager has confirmed.
Bracknell, who played Zoe Tate in the soap for 16 years, was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer in 2016.
A statement on behalf of her family confirmed "with the deepest sadness" that Bracknell died last month.
"Leah had an energy and enthusiasm for life, a kind heart and much love to give to those around her," it read.

"Leah continued to embrace life and faced her illness with positivity."
Bracknell also had television roles in Judge John Deed, A Touch of Frost, The Royal Today and DCI Banks, as well as performing on stage and in pantomime.
Bracknell left the series in 2005 in an episode voted the best exit at the British Soap Awards the following year.

The final club left in the pot in the FA Cup first-round draw is set to receive a bye to round two, following Bury's removal from the competition.

Promoter Lou DiBella confirmed Day had died on Wednesday "surrounded by his family, close friends and members of his boxing team".
"He was a son, brother, and good friend to many," said a statement.
"Pat's kindness, positivity, and generosity of spirit made a lasting impression with everyone he met."
Fellow American Conwell, 21, wrote an emotional letter to Day following the fight.
"I never meant this to happen to you, all I wanted to do was win," he said.
"If I could take it all back, I would. No-one deserves this to happen to them."
Day won 17 of his 22 fights, with four defeats and one draw.
League One side Sunderland are set to appoint ex-Bolton boss Phil Parkinson as their new manager on Thursday.
