Players - AWB was phenomenal, can’t remember the last time I saw such a good defensive performance from a united player. Fred has proved us all wrong, where has this player been? Rashford is turning into a really top forward and terrifies defenders. James has been a fantastic signing for the money paid. And lastly big Scott McTominay, this guy will be united captain in a few years mark my words - outstanding mentality for a youngster.

Wilder is my manager of the year to date.

In fact, Allardyce did better than Silva. Moyes did better than Pellegrini. Roy certainly doing better than De Boer and Bruce, whether people like it or not, is doing better than Benitez.

Yet, for the slow minded on here, the mistaken belief that British managers are not as successful as their foreign counterparts.

Totally untrue.

Two explorers who trekked hundreds of miles at the North Pole and were running out of food have reached safety after an epic journey across the ice.

South African Mike Horn and Norwegian Boerge Ousland covered about 1,800km (1,120 miles) on treacherous drifting ice in the past couple of months.

Because of delays, they had been expected to run out of food by Friday.

However, they managed to meet up with two Norwegians sent to rescue them despite a local storm.

The latest Instagram update on Sunday showed a picture of the four men on their way to the Norwegian polar research ship, the Lance, which was due to pick them up.
