there's 80 songs from the 80s up there, all of which sound blaady good if you listen to them now.
there's about 15 on the 90s list that actually sound good. the rest of them are just pretentious rubbish. imo.
anything from blur or suede are pretentious rubbish with the exception of song 2

pearl jam is 100 times more pretentious than that.

to me music is about enjoyment, and feeling good, feeling alive, it's not about thinkking, 'oh yeah, i can see what there influences are there. i can see where theyre going with that'.
i enjoy listening to all the songs in my top 40 JPB, theyre all classic tunes
