New coach to transport any remaining fans that have any hope for the club- (15 seater will suffice)

Who signs coaches without a manager? Venky's do.

Who gives one manager 1 and a half years and another one and a half months? Venky's do.

What is the point in Venkys owning Blackburn?

You hear Leeds fans moan about Ken Bates, yet you can see his reasons for staying at the club as it benefits him, despite it being against the wishes of their support.

But what way do Venkys benefit from Blackburn?

If it was just for sheer advertising then I don't think many people who follow English Football will be attracted to Venkys as a brand if they ever visit India. Even before then, if you're like me then you'd probably just go for a McDonalds because you know what you're getting I suppose.

If it was for financial gain then they are in the wrong game, because a football club like Blackburn will only see its finances plummet if they don't stay in the Premier League and with fans getting sickened with the current state of affairs then apathy sets in and people become fed up with how their football club is being run- so what do they do? They end up deciding that a season ticket is a luxury they don't need at this point in time, so there's the finances hurt again?

I struggle to see what Venkys gain from owning Blackburn whatsoever except more financial losses and justifiably negative publicity.

After reading this thread it is easy to recognise that the Venkies now realise the road back to the Prem just isnt on,so its get rid of a manager prior to the the transfer window,,then our global adviser can do all the dealings nec, that will not cost a lot of brass,,phase 3 of the assett strpping game is now on its way, they now realise they cant keep the fans on board and i can see 3/4000 fans being around by the end of the season,we will be extreemly lucky NOT to get relegated from this league, but if we dont go down this season we will for sure go down next season,,personally i would prefer for us to beat the Dingles at home this season go down,,re build with out the Venkies,,and beat the dingles when we come back up,,best end to all of this in my oppinion,,but sadly i see this being the end of Blackburn Rovers to be honest.

That interview on 606 was like the worse episode of Mind Your Language, and that's saying something. Is it 'asset stripping' ? What other reason is there ? There certainly seems to be no football intelligence at hand
