As per my answer above, unless you have brackets you do the Multiply & Divide before the Add & Subtract
Therefore
6-1*0+2/2
Becomes
1*0=0
0/2=0
0+6=6
6+2=8
8-1=7
If you want to calculate it in the order it is written you need brackets (parenthesis for you Americans)
(((6-1)*0)+2)/2
Then you get
6-1=5
5*0=0
0+2=2
2/2=1
