That excuse 'it was printed before we could do anything' doesn't seem believable. RVP was your best striker, meaning he would have been included Penang the most in that diary.. Had someone said 'look, RVP might be off, let's not put him in' that would be hugely disruptive had he stayed, and of he hadn't (which he didn't) they would have mad absolutely sure he wasn't on.
