And why do you think he is being quiet? He's been hammered with questions by leeds fans about warnock and the team, he can't comment about it, especially on twitter, that would be worrying if he did as it's massively unprofessional.

It's all speculation and personal opinion as to whether or not it's a Bates cover up, there is no evidence to suggest this.

Your right there is no evidence....but the fact we cant afford players and our big signings are 3 loand players, 2 who we already had previously, it all seems a bit familiar doesnt it?

As has been said over and over again, it is no coincidence the way the club is conducting affairs over the January Transfer windon - there's clearly been no change of guard take place just yet.

I'd suggest that the 'deposit' has been paid to secure 'nominal' control and nothing more, until the rest of the money is stumped up. I get the impression that the bill for buying the club hasn't even been met as yet let alone for new players. And if they haven't paid up everything for the club, then clearly that means much limited funds available for player investment.

I think if GFH fail to meet all takeover criteria then you'll see Bates 'saving' Leeds again.

Sooner he is completely disconnected from club the better.

I am really sorry to say this but I think this will only happen when he has passed on.
