Tim.

Loads of guys I went to school with joined up too.

Doesn't suit the wee stereotypes argument though."

=====================================

What stereo types are we throwing about?

By the way, I take it from your statement you went to a Catholic School? Not wanting to stereotype, just confirm the facts!

Mitero, don't get on your high-horse. I am only the 2nd generation of my family in over 200 years who didn't serve in the forces.
My uncle...blah blah blah.

I'm sure he wouldn't be on here flapping his gums.
You cants are worse than the fekin Yanks.

My country right or wrong.
Britain love it or leave it.

Mitre, most people if not everyone has a relative that fought in WW2 that is why these people should be respected in an appropriate manner on remembrance day.

Obviously there are elements with the celtic support that have caused problems. However this year the minutes silence was impeccably respected hopefully this will continue.

Lets not use witaboutery to deflect from criticism of an inappropriate display.

Well mabey you should actually give them a bit of respect and recognise that these guys were hero's and not belittle their memory by saying "Ah but they had to, they were not doing it for moral reasons".

Thats insulting to both my relatives, and im sure yours.

the majority of celtic fans wouldnt give the armed forces the time of day, that is fact

rangers provide charity funding and fund raising facilities for them, the last display was over the top, it doesnt mean it wasnt well intended, as far as i know no one was killed and people benifited from it, some people forget that when they complain it bitterness that drives them

What mitre where have I said any of those things?

Your losing the plot here a wee bit.

It was fairly relevant to your post mate.

Your post stating "Loads of folk from my school joined the army, but that does not sit with their agenda!" would only even make sense if you went to a mainly Catholic school.

What are you suggesting?

My comment was perfectly acceptable to quantify the intent of the statement. You are looking for a reason to be offended.

God forgive me for not assuming that a Celtic fan may have been educated in a non-dom school. Talk about irony around stereotyping!
