Rob, weirder things have happened. 12 points with 12 games to go sounds amazing. Yet, we've lost with 6 games to go with an 8 point lead.
I'm confident, but I'm nowhere near celebrating.

Bats you moan too much about Wenger
When do you think Van Persie will come off for Hernandez?

Last season is irrelevant.
Last season City actually had decent form. This season they are a shadow of that team.
Last season we didn't have RVP.
Last season City had us at home in the run in.
Last season there were never 12 points behind.
It's insanity to believe that we could throwaway 12 points because it would not only need us to play terribly but it would also require City to change the habit of a season and play well and win every game.
Not gonna happen.
if we were 6 points clear i'd be hesitant. But 12 points is far too much and something Sir Alex would never allow happen.
Vidic is such a bulwark! His presence makes such a difference.

Although it hurts, I think Arsenal have done some good business to get £22m for RVP. I don't think he will get double figures for Man Utd
!
One or two stupid results, which we are more than capable of producing, and it's all to play for.

cheeky, I think he meant to say Although it hurts, I think Arsenal have done some good business to get £22m for RVP. I don't think he will get double figures for Man Utd before November

Okay, be superstitious all you like but I don't think you understand how hard it is for 12 points to be caught up.
City still have to go to Spurs, Everton and Swansea. They were awful against bloody Saints.
Ballotelli is gone so they have no opportunity to rotate the strikers and Tevez is on a crazy one again.
12 points would have been a big ask for last season's City and this season's City are not a patch on last seasons
Agreed Siempro. I don't think people can comprehend how poor City are this season.
They think City will magically start playing well.
This is exactly what everybody was saying at 8 points clear last year. If they gain any ground, they could kick into gear and start playing well again.
Win this today and City have to win every game in my opinion
Jones back on, looks like he brushed off his knock

Honest question. Are this years City side in any way as good as last years City side?
Haven't you noticed a difference?
