That cup game where Jeff and Ains played midfield and destroyed Southampton
‘I am thankful we didn't do what I wanted and we still have a soul left.’
Is it only underperforming and unsuccessful clubs that are allowed to have souls?
Will we soon be hearing matchday commentators at the Emirates talking of how the home crowd ‘really know their football’?

AMN, Jeff and Ox we’re awesome that night.
Don’t think Wenger ever played them together again.
What successful club in world football actually does "have a soul" (whatever that means anymore)?
I can bet my entire life that every single multibillionaire in the world has accrued parts their wealth unethically/at the expense of something or someone.
Are we really trying to console ourselves with the "moral high ground" when we don't even have it?

Or a midfield like it. 3 players who could pass, run with the ball and had energy to press.

Exactly, Samir. Chelsea and City sold their souls for league and European titles, watching world class players, whilst we sold out for a few FA Cups and Xhaka.
Kos might have played his last game for us
Has it been reported in France or something, IAWT?
Not that I’d be surprised if he had done.

Yeah and apparently it's the player who is pushing for it. Bordeaux and Inter leading the chase
Chinese clubs interested in Auba apparently.
Be interested in Ozil ffs
Let's be honest, Kos is done at the top level, injury prone as well. Been a good servant.
If a Chinese club wants Auba, sell for £150m.

433 please.
Torreira, AMN and a new box to box MF. I'd be happy to try this.
Losing Kos is okay, but surely that means Mustafi will stay?
Can't see how we can lose Kos, Mustafi and Nacho in one window when Holding is going to miss the start of the season.
I don't think Monreal will leave.
Be amazed if anyone pays actual money for Mustafi

Holding is back and having the preseason with us I read yesterday.
Think there’s a good player in Mustafi, he maybe just needs some responsibility to help him focus more.
If I were Emery I’d tell him he was the first name on the team sheet and make him captain.

That is exactly my worry. I can only see one of our usual CB leaving and if it is the case, then I'd prefer if it was Mustafi

The one whom brought him at Arsenal, now wants him at Milan. I'd actually be happy to lose him for free.
As you said, ain't getting much from him.
…………………….Leno...…………………….
Bellerin….....Sok….Holding/New CB.......New LB......
..............................Torreira...............................
.......................AMN...............Van De Beek............
Ziyech................Laca......................Auba/New Winger
I'd like Chilwell, but will be too expensive and City may be in for him.
Hmmm... someone should tell Teebs that Emery still our manager.
Get reday for Banega, Meunier and lots and lots of overlapping fullbacks.
