I think this is where the issue lies. We don't seem to be objective about what we produced on the pitch.
We needed a change. We had a change and by the look of it, people should just shut up and be happy.

Le Progrès report that out of the sales of Rémy Cabella (€13m to Krasnodar) & William Saliba (€30m to Arsenal), St Étienne will only receive €13m this summer.

Just thought... if it's true we've paid hardly anything towards the Saliba deal this summer, presumably much of the balance will be due next, meaning we really do have to make the top 4 this season.

(otherwise we'll already have spend much of our projected budget for next summer)

I think there is something like £4M paid this year. After that, it will be installments. like in any other deal?!

My only worries is the Adidas deal. They had a close with United that to get full payment, they couldn't be out ofthe CL for more than 3 years (in a row?).

I don't know if we have similar deal in place. If so, then we really need to make it next season

I think that is what they want. I was reading paper at the start of the week which mentioned that Palace didn't have much room to play because there wasn't any other team interested in Zaha.
Suddenly, Everton interest emerged and now Chelsea also supposedly are after him.
