You want their wage slips or bank accounts?

Just their names and link to a credible news source will do.

My guess was Auba at first. I am not so sure if that is true.

They arent in the news (the whole point here) and I will not reveal the names out of confidentiality.

I will say one rejected it even though he would get the money back at the end of the season when he leaves.

It makes sense that the two who also declined were in contract negotiations... Auba and Saka?

Are those two big pals with Ozil?

Don't think it makes much sense. If Auba is leaving he can easily adjust it in the signing on bonus etc. or if he is staying he can adjust it in the loyalty bonuses in his new contract. So there wouldn't be any point to court bad publicity. Likewise Saka in his new contract.

No big revelations, but a nice read all the same.

Hope he can keep fit for a while!

Do people actually believe those facts checks are 100 accurate?
twitter, Facebook, Youtube, blind leading the blind in what they think is accurate or not.

But hey, as long as it fits their narrative it's fact

Only because they end up sharing agents and cliques and as Ozil's agent put it himself, the younger players agreed and those on the fringe agreed because they were afraid of the 'repercussions'. So who are the more experienced players Ozil thinks he can speak for? So its not difficult to infer from Ozil's mouthpiece that it was those in his clique.

Definitely more accurate than what Trump is tweeting on the daily basis.

However, Ozil’s agent, Dr Erkut Sogut, has said it is not fair when clubs ask managers or infuential first-team players to intervene on such issues.

“It is not enough for a club to present a proposal to one member of the first team squad and then asked them to go to the rest of the squad and get their consent to do it. That is not how individual contract negotiations should take place,” Sogut told The Athletic.

“A club may even ask a first team manager to negotiate with players and this may influence some, particularly younger players or those on the fringe who fear there might be personal repercussions for him if he does not agree.

“In those circumstances it could be questionable that any consent from the players would be legally binding anyway as some players are not in a position to give true consent if they are under pressure to do so.”

Thats what leads me to believe those 3 are are first team players and not young or on the fringe. As one of them is Ozil as confirmed by his agent its not too much of stretch to think the other who are his m8s (for whom Ozil's agent can also answer). My opinion, Kola and Xhaka. If its not I will be pleasantly surprised. I was right Ozil though as it turned out later as one the protagonists.

Is he also their agent?
