True but they also want to sell Depay and others players. Depay linked to Barca and I expect this to accelerate now that Suarez has left so they might not be broke for too long.

Barca have already said they are not interested in Depay this summer.
No they haven’t. He’s Koeman number one target to replace Suarez.

They have now sold Suarez and Vidal so working towards reducing that wage bill which is the main issue for them.
They wouldn’t agree personal terms with a player if they were not interested

Wilshere tbf never had that burst that Aouar does. Although he has been likened to Nasri, I think the fear other clubs have is that he is more like Zidane by the way he carried Lyon in the CL while they had a poor domestic season.
