Dortmund refuse to give him a new contract.
There were apparently interest from Roma, Hertha and even Bayern.
No club wants to take him. Would add to our deadwood on high wages. So big no from me.
What I really do like on Thomas Partey that he really wanted the move. Allthough he was at a good club with CL footy he decided to come to the mighty Arsenal. Okay he earns good money at Arsenal which is always convincing. It shows that we can attract these kind of players.

Not many English clubs need that floating player in midfield to link play.
We do have Saka but he is awfully young to put so much pressure on him. We overplayed Martinelli last season and he ended up injured. Another relatively cheap option? I doubt we do it though with so many foreign players already.
