Mourinho is the only Chelsea manager in the Ambrovich era to have lasted more than 2 seasons in charge. Ranieri of course was Chelsa manager for 3 years and 8 months or something but only had 1 season under Ambrovich.

He should have gone sooner. We should have got rid straight after the Leicester loss when there was an international break. Sacking him during our busiest time of the season, then giving Ljunbjerg no proper support for 6 games and then eventually appointing a novice in Arteta, wasn't good or sound planning.

Good question. Played in the same position.

They do come from different generations. Edu was playing alongside Vieira so he rated Partey. Whereas Arteta played when Wenger was obsessed with slow possession so rates Xhaka.
