I understand that Arteta decided to rely on more experienced players in a semis of an EL game.

Would have decided similar to be honest.

But his decision to play with no striker instead was poor and a bad idea. Can't give out a tactic like this in the most important game of the season.

I really running out of excuses for Arteta. Even when I thought we made at least a bit progress in our defense yesterday showing the same stupid mistakes as usual occurred.

As I said before same lack of quality on the players side.

Read on twitter that Ceballos has played a major role in about 60% of the goals we've conceded in the Europe league knockout stages this season says it really all.

ESR upfront isn't experienced though.

And slow and immobile Xhaka vs Chukwueze was always going to be a disaster. No fault of Xhaka, he isn't a LB. Plus we had other options.

I'm not criticizing the players GT (apart from Ceballos cos he's gash). I'm criticizing the fraud manager who's had 15 months with this team and still hasn't got a clue on our best team.

Dunno what swung the game in our favour. Either Juan Foyth () getting injured and thus relieving our left side or Ceballos getting sent off. Their sending off actually stopped our momentum.

Tierney is a big miss for us. That is a position we really need to have an acceptable upgrade.
